I’m going to call it Healers Fatigue, where we find ourselves completely unable to over-extend in conversation or in life. You may have always been the person who had the extra energy before - to be pleasing, to go the extra mile, to over-care and actually gain energy from it - but now your body is saying, NO in all the ways!
